Where do the boat trips in Vlora depart from?
All trips depart from the deck in front of Hotel Bologna on the Vlora Lungomare. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Do not enter the port of Vlora to reach Hotel Bologna.
How much does a boat trip from Vlora cost?
Boat trips start from 25 EUR per person for the Haxhi Ali Cave and Karaburun tour. Sazan Island trips start at 35 EUR, and the full-day Grama Bay tour is 80 EUR (lunch optional, +20 EUR per person). Children 0-10 receive a 30% discount.
Is snorkeling equipment included?
Yes, snorkeling gear including mask, snorkel and fins is provided free on most tours. Life jackets are also available for all passengers.
Can I book a private boat tour in Vlora?
Yes, every trip can be booked as a private charter for your own group. Private tours start from 249 EUR per group and are priced by boat size — we run 12-, 16- and 28-guest speedboats, so the price depends on the boat your group needs. The sunset cruise and family trips are popular private options.
Are the boat trips suitable for children?
Yes, our tours are family-friendly. Life jackets in all sizes are provided. Children 0-10 receive a 30% discount on all tours.
What should I bring on a boat trip in Vlora?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses, water shoes for the pebble beaches, drinking water and a camera. Snorkeling gear and life jackets are provided on board.
Are food and drinks provided on the trips?
Drinking water and soft drinks are provided on every trip. On the full-day Grama Bay tour a light lunch with local products can be added for 20 EUR per person, arranged when you book; because it is prepared locally it is not always possible for very small groups, and we confirm in advance. On the other trips you are welcome to bring your own snacks too.
Can you swim inside Haxhi Ali Cave?
The boat enters the cave for photos and the story behind it. Swimming inside the cave is sometimes restricted by local authorities for safety, but there are swimming and snorkeling stops at nearby coves on every trip.
